frozen chopped mango

coconut yogurt
recommend Cocojune

coconut or almond milk

stevia or to taste
recommend Trader Joe's brand

mint leaves (optional)
dash
ground cardamom (on top)

frozen banana (optional)
Instructions
Put mango, coconut yogurt, coconut (or almond) milk, and stevia in a high-speed blender and process until smooth.
Pour into glasses.
Optional
: Sprinkle cardamom on top and add a mint leaf.
Optional: Some like to use half a frozen banana to make it thicker.
